Telmia operates out of Auckland we consult and contract to businesses, mainly retail, around New Zealand. They are small to medium sized retailers that require 3rd party support, or just a fresh set of eyes, for a period of time to help with their operation and management of the business.

Beyond this point the services can range widely from systemising profit and loss analysis to creating a recruitment folder for store managers to use in store. You may have stock control problems, Telmia can help by identifying where the problems are and putting systems into place to fix the problem including the necessary training of key personnel, as well as creating manuals as an ongoing resource. New Store Openings:
New store openings are also a service which is provided by Telmia ltd. We can help create strategic plans for the new store/business, identify and set up POS systems, write operating procedures and assist with the implementation of the retail operations plan, including pricing and discounting rules.
