Telmia Ltd was set up by Richard Ellis to provide specialist retail operation skills to New Zealand’s retailers. With 14 years in retail management Richard brings both UK and NZ retail experience from shop floor to general management.
Having worked in an FMCG environment most of his life Richard decided to move into roles that helped develop other skills such as new store set ups and general management that required systems and processes to be implemented into new or existing business that needed strong foundations for operational excellence, and good financial performance.
