1. Store self - assessment:
i) Once complete you’ll have a good idea about where the gaps lie in your store operation
ii) From here you can request tools to be emailed or delivered through onsite training to help bridge these gaps or alternatively make a request for an instore visit to assist in the next steps to getting your store running as well as it possibly can

2. In person Store Assessment:
Assessment includes a comprehensive written report with conclusions and recommendations to move forwards with. Includes pictures taken onsite for ease of understanding.

Fixed price: $299 + GST plus disbursements – duration approx. 2 hours.
3. Management systems / with optional implementation:
Provision of and/or implementation of management systems to help simplify, understand, measure and manage the retail business. Specialising in stock control and shrink reduction processes. Systems are tailored to meet the individual needs of your business.
Could include: Budgeting and planning, costs controls systems, wages planning, maximise productivity minimise down time, management reporting systems, profit and loss analysis, performance management of staff, seasonal planning for success, employee satisfaction surveys, stocktaking full/cyclic, margin management, promotional activity/analysis, store security, shrink stock loss/control, recruitment systems for managers, creating a service ethic, rostering, manuals

4. New Store Openings / set up
